Designing and staging the interiors of this “spec” house was refreshing, I was able to work with a builder who was open to new idea’s. This house is far from a typical builder house. This house is truly transitional, prospective homeowners were drawn in whether they were looking for a traditional or a contemporary home. The general scheme is warm woods, with soft brass hardware, black accents with clean lines. As an Interior Designer, selecting finishes for new construction means being a few steps ahead of the latest trends.
